Once guard posts are in place, each officer will record incidents or problems as they occur on duplicate daily report forms. A copy of each report will remain with you so you will be aware of any incidents recorded by a guard during any shift. Serious incidents are reported at the time they occur.

This system requires all of our employees to clock-in and clock-out of your facility using a touch-tone telephone.
